At Sleepy Cherubs, I help working parents of babies and toddlers aged 0-2 years get their little ones sleeping better-using a bespoke approach designed to support each family’s unique needs. As a mum of three, I understand the stress of short maternity leave and sleepless nights. My method is efficient, supportive, and tailored to each family’s individual goals.
Restful nights aren’t a dream-they’re your next step
About Me
Hi, I’m Natasha-a British OCN-certified Paediatric Sleep Consultant and founder of Sleepy Cherubs, based in Singapore.
As a mum of three (Arabella, Max, and Lily), I know how exhausting it is when your baby won’t sleep-especially as a working parent. After struggling with my own daughter’s sleep and returning to work sleep-deprived, I discovered the power of effective sleep strategies and never looked back.
I trained with the Sleep Consultant Academy and now help families around the world (thanks to Singapore’s strategic timezone) get the rest they need with personalised, results-driven sleep plans. Most families see progress within just a few nights.
You don’t need more conflicting advice-you need a clear, responsive plan and someone you can trust. That’s where I come in.
Let’s turn sleepless nights into peaceful ones.
How Can I Help?
Are you facing sleep struggles like frequent night wakings, long settling times, early wakings, short 20-30 minute naps, or a baby who relies on feeding, rocking, or your presence to fall asleep?
Every family is unique-and your sleep solution should be too. I offer a personalised, responsive approach to sleep coaching that’s tailored to your baby’s needs and your family’s goals. Whether you’re navigating a busy household, returning to work or just desperate for better nights, I’ll create you an effective plan that improves your little one’s sleep while protecting your wellbeing.

I use a range of responsive, age-appropriate methods—never ‘cry it out’ or leaving your baby to cry without support. Every plan is tailored to your parenting style, your child’s developmental stage, and your family’s comfort level, so you always feel confident and supported.
-
The best time to start is when you feel ready. If you're confident and committed to making changes, your child will sense that. It’s ideal to begin during a period without major disruptions like travel or guests, though phases like teething or starting nursery typically aren’t a barrier.
-
Absolutely! I work with families worldwide through phone, video calls, email—so no matter where you are, support is always within reach. I’m also able to assist clients in the UK overnight thanks to my strategic timezone.

Sleep training doesn't mean rigid routines or being stuck at home all day. Once your little one learns to fall asleep more independently, they’re often better able to nap in different environments—like in the car, stroller, or carrier—when needed.
While we’ll work on building a strong foundation with consistent naps at home, I always take real life into account. Whether you're out for errands, school drop-offs, or weekend plans, we’ll create a flexible sleep routine that supports your lifestyle and your child’s sleep needs.escription

I specialise in supporting families with babies and toddlers aged 0–2 years, because this is the most effective window for building strong sleep foundations. At this age:
Sleep habits are still developing, making it easier to guide your little one toward independent sleep.
Routines and structure are highly effective for this stage of development.
Improvements happen quickly—many families see results in just a few nights.
Sleep challenges in children over 2 often involve different behavioural or emotional dynamics, which require a more specialised approach.
By focusing on the 0–2 age group, I’m able to deliver fast, proven, and personalised results for tired parents who need them most.Item description
